Dr. Jun Hu, PhD,  has been practicing and researching acupuncture for more than 35 years.

Dr. Hu is currently honored as the vice-president of the World Federation of Acupuncture Moxibustion Societies (WFAMS). She also services as the vice-president of the American Association of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture (AACMC).

She graduated from the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), as one of the earliest female with Ph. D degree in the research and clinic field of acupuncture. Dr. Hu had been nominated as the vice-president, director of doctoral professors, and doctorate adviser at the Yueyang Hospital, affiliated with the Shanghai University of TCM. She used to be a member of the TCM license examination committee of China.

With over 35 years professional experiences, Dr. Hu has become an expert in clinical practice, research and education of acupuncture. She had clinic research done in the rehabilitation narcotic withdrawal symptoms with acupuncture in China. Dr. Hu has teaching experiences in Japan, Finland and Thailand.
